Hmmm, where to start, where to start. I don't know how I have such an excellent friend; you're such a lovely person, what are you doing hanging out with us bitter fucks? (this doesn't mean you should stop.) You're an incredibly comfortable person to spend time with; when you were here this summer it was just the most amazing time, because there was no performance pressure at all. I just feel accepted and liked around you! You're also one of the best people to do fandom with - you're so full of enthusiasm and ideas, and you write really fun stories which are just a pleasure to read - I know you can be insecure about your writing, and that you've sometimes compared it negatively to mine, but please know that I couldn't do what you do & that I could just as easily envy you the warmth of your writing (although I don't, really, because I just enjoy that we have different talents). & you do so much to keep me engaged and active.

That said, though I love being in fandom with you & always have, it isn't even the point, really. You're an amazing person to hang out with regardless, to talk to about really trivial things or really important ones. You've been there for me for a really long time now, from that first summer when I was sick onward. We haven't always talked regularly, but it doesn't seem to matter, does it? And I'm so glad we do right now. And if there's another time when everything gets too hectic and you can't talk for a while, I'll be there when you have time again. Friendship feelings, omg. ♥

Did I not reply to this comment? I think I might not have because it pleased me so much that I got distracted by all the glowing flailiness. Possibly I was also a little embarrassed XD

But yeah, fandom has never been the point with us, I think. Which is nice. <3
