Gods, this is great! Poor, poor Ed, he's having such trouble adjusting. It must be frustrating to KNOW stuff but being unable to get results because the methodology is all different. And having to deal with a sense of loss and terrible loneliness at the same time. You had better make sure he patches up with Hei and have them be at least friends soon!

<33 I am glad you like poor Ed's frustration -- he's trying to grow up, he really is.

Yes - the wonderful, and frustrating, thing about Ed is that he's SO focused and goal-oriented. Atm he thinks his goal is imminently within reach, and so he can't handle it being taken from him so easily :-/

...he is going to feel very stupid eventually >.>

And damn, you're observant! :D

I love. This Fic. I posted mine and -"BOOM!"_ I see Christmas on my friend's page by way of your fic.

Goddamn it, Cryo, you have no IDEA (or perhaps you do?) how awesome your writing style is, and the little touches you pepper your story with. It is such a treat!

I am honored and flattered that you would call this fic Christmas :)

And I don't think any artist ever sees their art the same way other people do - it's both a good and a bad thing. On the one hand, I feel like I should be embarrassed that you like it because I see all the rough places where I feel I was not poetic enough, did not accurately describe things, etc. On the other hand, I can look at it and be proud of the rough spots I had that I got over, and no one will ever know those little triumphs but me. It is interesting, the difference between the perspectives of the reader/writer.

I am too incoherent (which I'm certain you understand >_<) at this hour to properly respond to your statement with any level of eloquence, so I leave you with this:

1) When I wake up, I shall return to this very page and reply with something more profound than...

2) SPARTAAAAAA! (and pie).

Much love to you. :)

Niiiice... O.o niiice...
Uh, okay,I delivered papers from three to seven o' clock this morning and am too tired to be very.. articulate or whatever. >_>...

But I know this: I LOVE IT! I was thrilled to see a new chapter being posted and I HAVE to read it all over again when I've had some more sleep.

Oh, and by the way:
"The hands he had always secretly hoped that he would grow to have some day."
Aw, Ed, we still love yours! *snuggles with them* <3<3<3<3!
