yeah that is true to some extent about America being founded on a revolutionary spirit, but when you truely think about it... There were 2 main reasons for colonizing america.
1.It was founded by protestants who wanted a safe place to practice there very strict religion.(Do some reading on the values of the protestants. If you think modern day christianity is bad. They were ten times worse).
2. People from england came over to The new land for the search of wealth and profit. They wanted to take everything from the Natives much like the Spainsh did and still were doing.
We didnt see any type of rebellion until the middle/late 1700s. Roughly 100 years after Jamestown was first established.
