My happy news

Bill and I are engaged! *jumps up and down* It happened a couple of weeks ago (June 18th to be exact) and I've been so busy with my mom, healing another broken ankle, work and spending quality time with my man, I haven't made much time for writing in a long while

You are so cute! I don't know who is giddier about this me or YOU! *smirk* This is why you are one of my best friends and why I would want you to be a part of it! I know we've got our work cut out for us... The good news is we have plenty of time. I have been a control freak about many things in my life but I learned my lesson. This situation is so different. I really have no idea what the hell I'm doing so I'm open to eating up tons of advice. (Thus the huge book list) Bill may think my having a male bride’s person to be too weird. I think between now and next year we can figure out a way to make all these non-traditional and traditional ideas work well together.
