That's a tough question. Forgive me if you already knew this, but there are two different series--Classic Who ran from the sixties to the eighties, and New Who started in 2005 ( ... )

Not a DW fan (yet...I am eagerl7y awaiting starting with the new Doctor), but oh. Oh, Fred being a companion, I think that would have been perfect. There needs to be fic in which this happens, you know?
