Last week Runkeeper thought I make a quick dash of 16 miles somewhere up in the middle of the Crystal Springs hills and then back again to a street near my work. My first speed alert told me that I was running with a pace of 38 seconds per mile. I'm surprised my shoes weren't on fire with a speed like that. :)
