I'm finally house hunting for my first time buy, whee! I hope I find something nice and not too financially draining.  Tax band B in an up and coming area would be good.  There's a nice looking one in Uphall that's just come on the market, fingers crossed it's not away before I get financing totally sorted.  Or at least if it is, that something

Thanks. :) We're still looking at the moment, but the good thing is we don't need to rush because we're not selling a house as well as buying, so we can take our time and look for somewhere we really want. :)
