New house?
I'm finally house hunting for my first time buy, whee! I hope I find something nice and not too financially draining. Tax band B in an up and coming area would be good. There's a nice looking one in Uphall that's just come on the market, fingers crossed it's not away before I get financing totally sorted. Or at least if it is, that something else in that sort of range comes along quite quickly. Not that I have to move quickly (thankfully), but I'm all excited to be hunting so I want to find something.
