He'd sent a universal message out a few hours ago, but as of yet there'd been no useful responses. So now he was just wandering. Or.. perhaps not.
His feet had taken him to Scully's room - Curator. Reid had tried to keep up with all the phone messages, but it nevertheless had been days after the fact that he'd finally heard the chilling sequential messages of a gunshot, then a devastated Mulder saying Scully was dead. And now, here she was. Alive, but confused; a familiar state for Reid.
He briefly wondered whether it might be better to just let it be. To walk away, let her keep her clouded memory and be confused but perhaps a little happier.
No. She deserved to know. Reid took a deep breath, and knocked.

Scully stopped mid word at the knock on her door. She glanced at the clock; she had been writing for nearly three hours, documenting her time in this place, and she had just gotten to the beginning of her faded memories when someone came tapping at her door. Putting the pencil down, she glanced up, and, assuming it was Mulder, stood and went excitedly to the door. She needed badly to see her partner, to help sort things out.
"Hello." She said, rather mildly, as she opened the door and found Reid on the other side. Not Mulder, but still someone whom she knew, and who had been with them in the future. "Can I help you?"
She smiled, trying to be kind, and not completely lost in thought.

"Reid, I honestly have no idea if I'm okay or not." She took a step back. "Come on in. I don't know if I have any questions you can answer, but if you want to try we might as well attempt."
She smiled as best she could, trying to be strong.
