I heartily agree with all the stuff you said in point 1. D: I think the whole amnesia thing is just opening up for some really pathetic ending that will most like be left unresolved. Which will really be annoying because then the fans will be arguing about who "really" won for eons to come. @_@

I feel like the manga just hit a brick wall with this finals between Rikkai and Seigaku. Nothing cool has happened, in my opinion. D: All the matches have been really annoying (D2 just pissed me off, really, with that cop-out) and I haven't been happy at all. :| I want to see how it ends and that's why I'm continuing to read it, but I don't get any enjoyment from these chapters at all.

And yes, that stupid Yanagi needs to go visit Inui in the hospital for real, omg. Hate. x___X

But Renji's the one who encouraged Kirihara to break Inui! So of course he's a heartless bastard! (and this is why I like him >.>)

Yukimura and Ryoma are the two characters I dislike most in PoT, I was looking forward to their match and seeing who made me hate them more and now I am going to be robbed of that experience. I'd like a non-ending just so I can believe Rikkai wins in the end. ;o;
