I had the ultimate workout the other day...we have a mountain here in Vancouver called Grouse Mountain and there is a hike called the Grouse Grind..it is brutal.
..it's rickety wooden stairs all the way up. here is some info on it Length: 2.9 kilometers (1.8 miles)
Elevation Gain: 853 meters (2,800 feet)
- Base: 274 meters above sea level
