Now, I'm not a squeamish guy, so usually I'll just catch them and throw them out the door, since they really haven't done anything to deserve to die. I usually try to put on the song "Battle Hymns" whenever I spot a spider in my room, and then I time the killing so that it happens the third time the chorus comes around. Nothing like a bit of warriors pride and the feeling of victorious triumph and glory to liven up a mundane Tuesday afternoon.
