The Harper Legacy : Generation Two : Chapter Four
Author's note : The Harpers are back ! Yes, I have finally organized myself in such a way that I finally have a chapter out. I know I said I would last week but life got in the way - as it tends to do. I wish I could say that I will be posting regularly but I barely find time to play the Harpers, let alone write about them so I'll do what I can considering that it's exams and studying for me for the next 5 months. Before I start, I would just like to thank all of the people that supported me while I was waiting (for what seemed like years) for my laptop to be replaced and getting everything back to normal. I also want to thank everybody that read my posts even though they weren't Harper related. But now it's time to proceed with the newest (and what possible could be called the first) chapter of the Harpers.
Previously in the Harper Legacy :
Well this is a toughy *searches through chapter three* ... Well if I remember correctly, Ben grew up into a teenager and had a same-sex relationship with Lance Lindon with which he tied the knot in and had three kids of his own - Autumn, Daisy and Hazel. He also had sex with Bella Bachelor (which was my attempt at broadening the family tree) and failed at creating a child. The triplets finally grew up into teenagers and I got my initial thoughts on who would win as heir (such thoughts have changed since then now that the triplets look different). There was also the huge fire at the triplets conjoined birthdays. And that concludes our catch up !

I suppose we could start the chapter with me showing you what everybody looks like now that I have re-downloaded and re-created everyone :D
Before the Harpers 'died', I was a bit neglectful of Jasper as a founder and I was beginning to think that it wouldn't matter if he died early but now I realize that I love him to bits. Don't be surprised if I show favoritism for him in the next few chapters, I mean, who doesn't love their founder ? I do now anyway !
Since I had to restart everyone, Jasper's LTW isn't technically completed but we all know that it is, I mean, he has raised 7 kids !
Now I do remember that I originally had Jasper marry Holly for her money but she's grown on me over the past chapters and I've started looking at her differently. Sure she's not conventionally pretty and it's obvious that she has flaws but I think she's pretty because of her flaws. Especially her nose - it's different.
I know I gave Afton a new look in the last chapter but I found this hair and decided to give it to her because I forgot to download the old Peggy one. Afton has lost all of her athletic and logic skill so I have to start from scratch -_-
I must say, Jason looks much better with the Moonlight Skins replacements. As my sister said when I was editing the pictures - 'He's sexy !'.
Asher is yet another sim that my sister thought was sexy. I must admit, he looks much better than he did the first time around. I wasn't too sure about his traits but I was reassured about how to turn them into a positive. I could very well see Asher as the next heir !
Lucas is still like a mini-Afton in my eyes. His looks decreased slightly since the last time we saw him but he still has his bad-ass attitude to back it up.
I actually think that Jack looks the most unique of the three and I love his traits. He definitely beats the others in the traits department.

This is a very boring first picture if I do say so myself but it's what happened the minute I placed the lot and started playing.
Jasper : Pool !
Holly : Pool !

Okay, we get it ! You all like the pool that I built for you ! God ...
Jasper !! Still happy as ever I see.
Jasper : Is this our new house ?
It is indeed ! Are you happy to see me ?
Jasper : Sure, sure ... where's the pool ?
On the deck around the back ... I love you guys too by the way ...
I installed an elevator into the house purely because I didn't want stairs but it turned out that some people couldn't make it up and down because it was in use so I built a secret staircase for people to use if the elevator is occupied. Afton and Jason didn't waste time in inspecting it.
Jason : Wanna' break this house in ?
Afton : Are you suggesting what I think you're suggesting ?
Jason : I don't know. Am I ?
Afton : Yes. Yes you are ...
And so the two had fun in the elevator ... in front of their entire family who was waiting in the hall ... *shudder*
Jason : I can't believe we just did that ... in front of the family ... we're rebels !
Afton : You're even better than before !
Jason : What ?
Afton : Oh, nothing ...
And so the entire family squeezed into the elevator.
Jasper : What's that smell ?
Afton : It's all these smelly teenagers in here.
Asher : I find that offensive.
Jack : ... conductor ...
Villagers : *points* It's the beast !
This is why you wait your turn to get out of an elevator ... you end up looking like some kind of deformed Pikachu if you don't.
And the first thing that everyone did when they arrived was sleep. I was not amused in the slightest -_-
Asher : ... houses ... retail market ... zzZ
Jason : We have a right to sleep ! It is 1 am, you know !
Yeah well ... shut up !
Holly : Jasper's getting in on my side of the bed ! I need to sleep there because I always have and I always will ! It's where I'm comfortable and safe and -
Holly ?
Holly : Yes ?
Just go to sleep, please.
Just then, Jasper rolled this wish. Yeah, you have 7 so get over yourself !

Jasper : Hey Ken ! Long time no see, eh ? How's Barbie doing ? She's sick, is she ? Well you'd better get Doctor Barbie on her case soon before something really bad happens.

I decided to see if Afton could make breakfast for the family considering that she used to have like level 8 cooking before she 'died'.
Afton : It can't be too hard, I mean, you just put the waffles in the oven for a few minutes and voilà - breakfast ! Plus, I'm wearing my lucky underwear so I just can't lose !
Afton : I ... I burned them. Shame consumes me ... I have no reason to live now that my lucky underwear have failed me. Oh, woe is me !
Drama queen ...
Afton : Woe is me !!
Afton : *starving*
Eat the waffles ! I don't care what they taste like, just eat them !!
Lucas : Our mother made these ?
Yup.
Lucas : Our family has reached a new low. My own mother can't even make waffles ...
Jasper : Just pretend that you've already had a plate of her waffles and sit quietly ...
Holly : Nice waffles, honey. Really.
Afton : Stop trying to lie to me mother, it's degrading.
Since we're practically going back to when Afton and Jason first met (they're both only starting young adult life), I decided to give Jason a new LTW in the Firefighter career.
Look at Afton being all eco-friendly !
Afton : Hey ! If I'm going to destroy the world someday, then I need it to be still alive in the coming years.
And how do you plan on destroying the world ? ...
Afton : By being a successful actress and infiltrating the highest of people until I finally reach the President of the United States. Everything is simply done from there.

I decided that each of the triplets would learn an instrument. Asher would learn drums, Lucas would learn guitar and Jack would learn piano.

Right, so here's the story. I hired a maid but when she was finished for the day, another one came and then another and then another. The Harpers are now broke and have no maid because I cancelled the services. I tried to get it to work properly again but they still sent three at a time -_-
Jasper : That's a ... um ... interesting picture ... Back in my day, we didn't have the money to buy pictures like that ...
*Random flash-back* Anyone remember when they lived here ? *shudder*

Enola Clementine, submitted by kcrockssims . I love, love, love Enola's jaw-line but for the life of me, I can't explain why xD. I think she looks very unique and different from most of the sims in my game :)

Sydney Richmond, submitted by roxmorgirl . You see, while I was waiting for my laptop to be replaced, I asked roxmorgirl if it would be okay to use Sydney as a spouse. She agreed and I decided that Lucas would have two spouses to stir up the drama, but who will he choose in the end ? :P

Betty Cain, submitted by kcrockssims . I know I chose two spouses from the same person but, I mean, look at her ! She's gorgeous and her traits are unique ! I think that Betty looks kind of like a fish and that's what I love about her. She doesn't look conventionally pretty but her uniqueness makes her gorgeous :D.
I'm sorry for the people that didn't get chosen. I swear, I considered all of the entrants and I went through with a fine tooth comb :P. Maybe next time ? ; )
I'm sorry that the chapter is so late, I had a huge pain in my head yesterday and it's starting to come back today. I think I need to get it checked out : / ... I'll have another chapter out soon though, okay :)
