The Harper Legacy : Generation Two : Chapter Three : Part One
Authors note : Howdy Ho, neighboureenoes ! Oh God ! I just had a Flanders moment ... Anyway, I realize that I have been keeping the Harpers in the dark for quite a while now and I think that it is about time that they resurface to the front of my journal. I can’t actually describe how badly I want to use Ambitions but ‘In Simpler Times’ is interfering. Not to mention that Ambitions would open about ten times more doors for ‘In Simpler Times’ than the mod for same sex/teen pregnancy/marriage. But I can’t bring myself to leave that mod at the moment ... It is too intriguing to me. But enough about my worries ! Let’s get on with the story, shall we ?

Last chapter : All four toddlers grew into stunning boys and we saw every grandchild as a child (including Alice, who made a special visit to the legacy mansion voluntarily). We also saw Jasper and Holly age into elders that seemed to look a lot better than I thought they would. And finally, there was the picture of Holly when she was a young adult, flash from the past :S ...
It seems that Jasper has finally noticed that there are about ten flocks of butterflies in the front yard.
Jasper : Which to choose ? Which to choose ? ...
Jasper : How about you, little guy ? Your kind of funny. I shall name you Norm and you shall live with Maybella in the kitchen :D
As I was flicking through legacies, I discovered that a lot of people have the Moonlight skins and all their sims look gorgeous ! So I decided that I would try the face skin one more time and see if it grows on me. If you want a comparison of Jasper’s new and old face, just look at the picture before this. Apparently the skin doesn’t actually take action until your sim has changed clothes.
Here is Holly. It’s weird, a lot of people said that Holly aged and looked freaky but I feel like this skin makes her look younger and drops some of her natural freakiness, yet it acquires a new essence of freakiness ...
For some reason the face skin won’t work on young adults so we have to wait until Afton and Jason are adults to see if they’re purdy ! But for now, this is Asher. The skin has really improved my liking to him.
Lucas carries the skin extremely well ! I think he may be the only one in the family who can pull it off ! Maybe it’s his skintone ?
Jack doesn’t carry the skin that well but I think that is because of the lighting in the room.
It’s very obvious that Ben will be the male clone of Holly. He has her skintone and her green eyes and I think he inherited some of her dreadful facial features. I must say that the skin does compliment his face.
This is just a random shot I took of Holly while she was playing with the sprinkler.
Holly has taken up painting again ! Since she independantly quit her job in the medical career and will not be completing her LTW I decided that we had to bring in the cash somehow so she is now painting for the family with the extra creative reward.
Holly isn’t the only one that paints though. Jack seems to have gained that trait from Holly.
Whereas Lucas and Ben would prefer to play chess and improve their logic.
And Asher searched the skies with the telescope.
The whole fitness thing in this house is so unbearable ! Everybody is always training in some way !
