I'm happy to see things are rocking for you, esp. with your special girl. I'm glad to hear you feel so complete! Piiiiiiicturrrrrres! Well, I guess I should check Myspace for those, actually. Anywho.
and sometimes friendships just don't last like you thought they would.
You're talking about people you know in person and whatnot, si? Because we be loach-buddiez fo' life, home-slice!
Okay, so I'm kind of 'corny' sometimes.
Oh yes, I'm also glad to hear that you're "getting old" and not drinking "to get drunk" and going to be earlier/getting up early: Nothing wrong with any of that, keep it up! But you know - just remember to cut loose and get crunk every now and then.
haha. i love you. i was refering to my "best friends" tosha and amy. they are in trucking school now. lol. shhhh. no but for real... this past summer we did EVERYTHING together. we took road trips, went swimming, had dinners. i just miss having my close friends. even though half of it is my fault for i moved so far away. but they could have still came to see us! it's only 20 minutes! bah.
anywho... i got a new botia. he's amazing! he has lighting stripes on his sides. gorgeous. and i STILL have the same two clown loaches i had years ago. they're beautiful. and HUGE! i love them. they're forever my favies. how are your fishers? hopefully well.
Oooh! You botia sounds pretty! I'd like to see a photo. of what his type looks like. Any idea how many inches long your loaches are? What size tank do you have? Do you have any other fish with them? I like hearing about what kind of neat set-ups others have for their loaches.... I'm also kind of thinking about turning my 55g. into a cichlid tank since clowns can go with cichs. but I worry mine are just too familiar with easy-going tropical fish. Anywho..
I currently have 4 clowns (5" or so) and a striped botia in my 55 and am contemplating one more big clown to make my little school complete (until I one day have a 75-125g.) At any rate: There's this fish store down the road from my current job (Superpetz) that has 2 HUGE 8-year old clowns... They're seriously as long as my forearm. Huge. I'll take pics. of them one day, they're just the largest I've ever seen in person (they're also in a highly aggressive cich. tank).
