Alexandria does seem to have it's celebrations when one least desires them. I tire of this place.

I did consider the World that Never Was, as the place is quite peaceful and pleasant, yet there are people which I desire to avoid who dwell in the World.

Indeed I do not remember it being so cheery so much. They do seem like quite the bother and some seem so untouched by the darkness. Yet somehow the conclusion of such a holiday has not even darkened their spirits. Pity

Life is often overrated. There are so few joys in life, the darkness is simply more appealing.

Tell me, why does life intrigue you so? Do you fear death?

But there are many joys! Darkness cannot be the only path of escape. Light is far more suitable.

Life is not so much intriguing but more... Just simply much, much better. And I am only afraid of death if I have not yet done something to be proud of.
