Had a good weekend in Lancaster, though realised that we didn't leave enough time to walk from Holly's house to our Sunday game. Was great to see everyone again. The Saturday larp was good. finally got my phone and internet sorted in my uni room. got fed up waiting for an engineer to come and look at the wiring,  so i had a look myself. a couple of wires weren't connected properly ( Read more... )

I have now finished sorting contracts and the like and have accomodation for the next year. It looks very nice and has a number of shiny extras I'll quite possibly never use, and I need to figure out how to get from there to campus and back either by foot or on a bike (if I get one).
I'm intending to move in on Wednesday.

I am definitely in Aston uni from the coming term. Spoke to the admissions tutor earlier. Am rather chuffed, though I still need to sort accomodation and student loan. Sent my clearing passport to Aston university on monday, who gave me a provisional place over the phone. According to the recorded delivery tracking thing on royal mail's site, it hasn't arrived yet, which is annoying me. Going to ring the university tomorrow morning.
