Me too Reg.

Recently, there was a huge fight at work. This guy got up in another man's face about something totally stupid. Then the guy punched him and they both lost their jobs. It was all very crazy. I began wondering why must we treat each other badly.

I've done my fair share of hurting others. I'm no saint. I guess it's part of being human. But I have resolved to try to be a better person and treat others with more respect.

I haven't been online here much, either.
One thing you might want to try to make you feel better is a few herbal cleanses. I did a Candida (yeast)cleanse last week and immediately felt and looked better, and right now I'm in the middle of a total body cleanse. It's not the most pleasant thing, but the results are worth it, and it's not something you have to do every month, just maybe once or twice a year. If you can find any of Kevin Trudeau's books, he talks about them, especially in the weight loss book. I can burn you a copy of the CD, if you like. :)

Jen, you are one of the people I feel I let down. I never got around to sending the Lush stuff. I'm sorry. I try to do more than I am able at times. Babies are more work than I remembered and Nate consumes much of my time. (well, technically he's not "my" baby, but still)

Thanks. He's still very upset by it. Cody was like a brother to him. Ryn has so much anger. The other night, he said some hateful things about his girlfriend. He said he wished Cody had just let her drown. He said, "Why did he have to try to be a hero?" Poor guy. It seems like nothing I say can help. I just keep talking and listening.
