Pacey was always my #1. I haven't heard anything about Outer Banks before. Maybe I should check it out!

This is a late reply. If you ever checked out OB, season 2 & 3 weren't as good but still fun to watch. Could have been a more character centric show but kinda went the more action adventure route. It was a bit more balanced in season 1.
