I was awakened this morning by a call from my bank, saying that a check was deposited and endorsed by Elizabeth, but was made out to Lisa. "So could you have Lisa sign it and--"
Me: "I am Lisa

You can have them add a "note" to your account, which pops up when you account is accessed by a teller, that says "customer also goes by Lisa." I had Wecu do it years ago since my family still calls me by my middle name, and I rarely go by my full length first name, though my account is under my full length first name.
