This weekend (well, from late Friday to really early Sunday), I had a way2busymom. She arrived a half hour early at DIA on Friday night, and we stayed up too late watching PatD Live in Chicago and discussing Spencer Smith's thighs. Oh, and she totally stole my dog. Yey! Now I am REALLY looking forward to seeing them this Friday! Is Meese a local band? I think they are bringing We The Kings to Orlando, and they are a Florida band.. your family drama sounds like my family drama, lucky you didn't lose cell reception once you got into the venue.. hope Alyssa is feeling better.

Yep, Meese is local. One of the guys said he lives a couple of blocks down from the venue. They broke last year? Year before? and landed a spot with a label. I should get their CD--they were pretty good.

And yes, A is feeling much better. And thank God about the reception, because last time we were there for TAI the AIM thing didn't work well at all. The cell reception gods were looking out for us. :-)
