I was feeling depressed, suicidal, and cutting a lot. People knew, but no one knew how far it had gone. I finally couldn't take it anymore. So I finally told the school therapist. I’m so upset right now. This is going to sound really stupid and childish to everyone. I have a dog. My dog is very dumb. You yell at him, and he just wags his tail.
