Today's going a bit better though I have some weird sinusy weirdness going on. If I could describe it better than that, I would. And if I could tell you why today is better than yesterday when it's not much different, at all, than yesterday, I would. Have you ever made fudge? I like it, it's super fun. I want to get more into candy making. It's sort of an adventure, with the boiling hot sugar and all.

the key is you make the fudge and then give (most of) it away.

my problem with all baking is eating during the creation of. so tonight i will eat 600 truffles and tomorrow i will "sell" the remaining 10. phooey.

Well, I didn't get the Amaretto... THIS TIME!

I should make up funny names for all the truffles. "This one is Sally and that's one's Frank and that one's Frank's Nipple!"
