I'm led in bed willing myself to get out, waiting for the willpower (and/or the need to wee) to overcome my dread of the pain I get first thing. It's a rather exquisite pain. Imagine burning hot needles being pushed into the soles of your feet as they touch the floor and then the sensation of your tendons and ligaments being stretched to the point

Perhaps you don't have to make a decision as much as let go, see what that's like. Shame you can't rent it to someone...

It would be nice to hang on to it but I've already spent the money on the piano. :(

But I do think that letting go is really important. I'll be sad to see it go but the release will make it worthwhile if not the boost to our coffers.
