go you! I cant write or draw for long due to wrist pain & needing my wrist braces.

My gran had carpal tunnel issues but it could have been undiagnosed hypermobility...

I'm the same - it all gets a bit wobbly after a while. I've got splints but I've broken them both again so need to return them... Again.
