Good luck Stewart! More to the point (because I know you, not him) good luck you with getting some rest. If you can nap during the day, here's my Sleep Fairy's brother (if wanted) to soothe you. They're a very peaceful family, Aussie I think, but silent so I've never heard either of them speak.

It sounds as though you know what triggered your bad night.

Ha ha! Thanks - more the stuff of nightmares though, that fairy!

No day napping for me. 1. It makes for a really cranky crank girl and, 2. It messes up my sleep the following evening.

I think I should get some sleep tonight though. It's been a tiring day in bed.
