So, I'm going to be down in London 10-13 December, if anyone is about there and then and wants to meet up. I'm going down for the Landscape Photographer of the Year competition, because one of my pictures is featured in it (though it didn't win a cash prize, more's the pity). Oh, and to meet friends and probably drink too much.

A quick update in case anyone is planning on coming - it will now be at the Queen Margaret Union, 22 University Gardens, not the Hetherington Research Club!

Arse! Had planned to go to Glasgow with my new brother in law for a night out on Saturday, but everywhere seems all booked up. World Pipe Band championships to blame. Anybody got any ideas? Otherwise it will have to be next weekend, and I will miss the Second Hand Marching Band :(

... got married!

It was a great day, not a large wedding but much enjoyed. Haven't seen the pics yet, just back from honeymoon!

Will have to catch up with folks in real life, I've been away from things musicy for a while.

So... I went onto Facebook to find an old friend (successful) and have recieved a whole load of emails saying 'so and so wants to be your friend'. Obviously I deleted them straight away, planning to return to Facebook at some indeterminate point in the future ( Read more... )
