Tardis colour question?

I'm making something with coloured card paper but I'm curious (after doing a quick 'net search)

Is there a colour difference between Ten's TARDIS and Eleven's TARDIS? Because it looks like Eleven's TARDIS is a slightly lighter/brighter blue than Ten's?

Any help most appreciated, thanks :)

*phew* I'm SO happy to hear that Eleven's is the lighter brighter blue *LOL* ;)
I started my project without even thinking about the colour difference *d'oh*
I had two different cardpaper colours, lighter royal blue and darker navy blue and I just chose the lighter colour at random :)
I'm so glad I picked the right blue :D

Yes you are correct the color of the TARDIS has changed. The reason for the color change was for the simple matter that the Moffat era was being filmed in High Definition if my memory serves me correctly. As a cross stitcher the TARDIS can vary in shade how the light falls on her and how the designer has incorporated the color.
