Now, I do not mean to appear a bitch, but, but in regurds to my charatcter,m it seems that a few have the misconstructions about it.

The Vok will hold back information, doubly so if is important information. Also, they DID mention the fact that Bast, Hathor and Isis were off elsewhere.

Alas, the rest of you seem to not understand that. But none the ( Read more... )

I've heard that you have bypassed what my character has done to bring a Merry Christmas to the base.

Don't. The three minute window is not public knowledge. No, the Vok do not have some sort of loophole clause to get out of saving nuns, being good, and only having three minutes.

I would like to remind you that my character is, indeed, a real character, and what he (and she) do have weight. Do not piss off Santa.

Thank you.

As an addendum, they have to do the good deed for a Transformer, specifically.

Indeed they do. I make my posts rather wordy, so forgive me for that, but I thought the guidelines were fairly clear.

I'd like to know if we are ignoring the Vok's "godmod" behavior in this particular case, or should Santa start to get ticked with them for bypassing very, very important protocols?

Your tone makes it sound kind of like you're planning to do something with another player's character without their consent, and it's generally considered rude to do or attempt to do something with another player's character without their permission...so I do hope that I misunderstood you there.

That, and dumping your RP into the middle of an ongoing RP is just rude (the common room an exception) . Make another chat. Those who want to play will join.

We may have misconstrued your character and/or their actions, but while some physically impossible things are needed and make the game fun, when villains do it with no explanation it makes for threats that are insurmountable and not fun to play against.

By and large, you'll make more friends with OOC information on things that are going on than becoming secretive and springing things on people when they don't expect it.
