this is possibly one of the greatest tutorials ever.

im new to photoshop though, i was always a psp user, and i can't figure out how to get a selective coloring layer, could you please help?

aw thank you!

for a SC layer, go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Coloring.

OH I see- selective coloring isnt available for PS Elements.
But I *think* there are downloads for it that you can load into the program.
