I can't believe I did this!
I just ran 5 miles today. 1hr 13 min. Super slow, but steady. I am so proud of myself and can't believe I did it. I'm now training for a 1/2 marathon in October. -
So hard
I just said goodbye to my mom in person for th last time. I just got my last hug. This wait is going to be hard.

Well.....
I did not get up at 4:30. I wanted to, but I couldn't (or didn't, whatever). I did, however, workout as soon as I got home. No surfin' the web or anything else first. I think that might work. I am going to try again tomorrow morning. I'm nothing if not optimistic.

Day 3 of C25K

Super fun day!
Had such a wonderful day for our first sailing lesson. I was so anxious ahead of time, I almost went home. Then I really freaked out when I found out Kev and I would be on different boats. In the end, it was so much fun and so much better being on separate boats. My instructor RULED, while Kev's had a touch of the "sage on the stage" attitude ( Read more... ) -
