Gail has sent around a table runner this time, in our little group of friends. I'm the last to get to work on it, and of course, there's lots to do, so I can stitch to my heart's content.

So far, I've done one seam and one motif is mostly finished, just eyes and detail on the snowman needed.

I sent Karrin's round robin block on this morning to its final destination before it goes back to Karrin. She had made a block that was heavy on pansies, including some pansy fabric. I put a spider web over one of those spots.

Here is a picture of Dorothy's Round Robin block. Dorothy is in Texas, and I don't think she has a blog. She used tapestry/upholstery types of fabrics, but it wasn't difficult to stitch.

I can't believe I've spent hours on this today, but how time flies. =) I did take a couple of small breaks.

Here is the tree, finished except for the sequins and beads. The trunk is Valdani #8 perle. The leaves are Sassa Lynne variegated greens, and the pink French knots are 2mm variegated pink ribbon from HDF. I think it's Rose Blush.

I did take Candi's round robin block to cq club last night. I spent a lot of my time showing a newbie some stitching, but I got this far on the tree for Candi. I didn't draw anything, just stitched freehand. Once again, the camera gave me the green hand on a fuzzy picture! I finished my part on Margaret's RR today. Here is the bush I made. I tried Ati's flowers, but hers look much better than mine. The bush is made from feather stitches in Sassa Lynne GR102 (my number) and the flowers are one strand of Eterna Silk ~ Cranberries.

Progress on two round robins. Moira's is on its way to the next person. Here's a bad picture of the third fan blade. I want my old Kodak back. This camera is just not working the same way at all. Here's the second fan blade, and the third one will look similar. This is stem and outline stitched vine and fly-stitched steams in a Sassa Lynne fine perle with scrunchie flowers in 4 mm and 13 mm silk ribbon, and tiny 2 mm silk ribbon French knots.
