Progress on two round robins. Moira's is on its way to the next person. Here's a bad picture of the third fan blade. I want my old Kodak back. This camera is just not working the same way at all. Click to enlarge. All the thread used on this blade is from my own DSQ line. In fact, they are new colors I haven't even gotten in the shop yet!
This feather stitching and bullion rose were done in a Sassa Lynne variegated Serendipity SPK078, for those who got their threads from me. That's my own numbering system, not Myfanwy's. This one is for Margaret in OZ. I have the last two spaces to fill on her lovely block, and this was one of my choices. I'll post the whole block after I fill the other spot.
The French knots are in silk ribbon from Yodamo, Inc., manufacturer's of Eterna Silk threads. Not long ago, I ordered more of the fabulous thread colors and also got a detritus bag of silk ribbons. All sizes are included in the bag, in various colors. This is the second time I've used it. The yellow-orange 13 mm on Moira's fan blade the other day was from the bag, and the 2 mm pink variegated used for the French knots was from there.
