I apologize to everyone I've confused with ducking out of town these past few days.  I'm not the kind of person to really talk about these things.  I let the necessary people know that I had to leave town, and then I just got out of South Orange when I had to, based on flight ( Read more... )

*hugs* In times of great sadness it is always good to remember to be present in every moment rather than dwelling in the past or worrying about the future.

And if you feel that you would benefit from it, there is a very good book that helped me through my losses and my grief. It is called "The Grief Recovery Handbook" by John W. James and Russell Friedman. http://www.grief.net/

P.S. the largest earthquake ever recorded was in the midwest ^_^ the history channel says so ^_^
