Welcome back to the US of A. I'm glad you're back home. And you're entitled to be 27 as long as you want. I'm thinking of hanging at 24 a while, since it just sounds pleasant.

I have a trio of books for you, but since you're back, you may want to nab them yourself. Historical Fantasy - what if the Napoleonic Wars were fought using dragons? As outlandish as it sounds, they's very well written. His Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Naovik. I was meaning to give them to Whit at my wedding to send to you, but I was a little distracted by wedding type things.

May your Christmas be merry and bright and calm. And may 2007 be spent at home as much as possible.
