I assumed nothing would be changed unless the vendor changes their mind suddenly (that shouldn't happen.. they want a buyer soooo much... especially the house price should drop shortly)

Seems most things are alright and we may confirm the purchase once the lawyer instructs us to do so. Somehow we want to have it confirmed today if possible.
