Glad you liked the Beatles trivia. I was looking through my trivia masterlist, trying to find something that wasn't scary and wouldn't make Sam think of bad things, and I came across that one and just had to include it. :) It just felt very Dean to me, trying to make his brother smile and bring him back to Earth.

Onward, to the next fic! :D Or maybe those meme fills still sitting half-finished in my Dropbox...

Okay.

So... first off, love this verse so much. The possibilities are endless, and it fit this prompt perfectly.

Your honest portrayal of a desperate Dean is amazing. His frustrations, his dreams, his feelings of helplessness.

Broken Sam is broken Sam - bringing in Michael and Adam just...UGH! HEARTBREAKING!

I loved the whole scene where Dean's in the bedroom, just wanting a clean shirt. I loved his thoughts while running around his neighborhood. I loved this story.

I'm glad you liked my Dean. It's not always pretty, but I hope it speaks to the reality of being in that situation. (Of course, he can't stay mad at Sammy for too long, though!)

I'm really looking forward to exploring more of the Sam/Adam/Michael/Lucifer dynamic, because I feel like I haven't done a lot of it yet, but I'm glad this worked.
