I know what you mean about the digital v. traditional...I'm always torn because I like to draw big so I can get detail in, but my sketchpad isn't big enough. but when I try on the computer, it's so much worse. Of course, I'm only a dabbling artist and I haven't touched anything in forever, but the tablet is definitely a coordination fall - I can't make the connections work between the tablet and the screen, it doesn't feel like real drawing.

I am taking an Illustrator class this fall, and maybe that will help get me through some of my digital woes.
