Let's say you puchased something from a company far away from yourself.  Obviously the product must be shipped to you, and, in this case, it relies upon a secondary shipping company (we'll refer to them as "Shipping") to do that. Yeah, it's our company that does this. I mean, we eat a lot of cost with shipping, but it usually makes our customers very happy--and they're normally understanding when a bottle gets damaged in shipping, or something comes back to us. "Shit happens," after all, and we always replace the damaged product.

Normally this woman is pretty nice, I've had to deal with her several times over the past few weeks while we got her account set up, but I'm getting the feeling that she's one of the budget-cutters who thinks it's appropriate to haggle retail prices. In some countries I hear you can do that, but not in America. It just astounds me how many people will over-blow the tiniest issue just because they think they can get something out of it.

(Of course, people have a tendency to let them, rather than have a confrontation over it, so that's probably why.)
