Obviously the product must be shipped to you, and, in this case, it relies upon a secondary shipping company (we'll refer to them as "Shipping") to do that. Normally this woman is pretty nice, I've had to deal with her several times over the past few weeks while we got her account set up, but I'm getting the feeling that she's one of the budget-cutters who thinks it's appropriate to haggle retail prices. In some countries I hear you can do that, but not in America. It just astounds me how many people will over-blow the tiniest issue just because they think they can get something out of it.
(Of course, people have a tendency to let them, rather than have a confrontation over it, so that's probably why.)
