Hmm... one possible read of this... IG's comment about jan/feb... are you sure they were talking about the form /you/ need to provide, or something /they/ have to fill out based on that? This sounds like a classic "who's on first?" where each participant has an idea of what's being said and none of them match.

But failing that, find some point hair boss disguises and keep them in a drawer nearby so they can be bestowed at moments like this. :D
