Good heavens! [He sounds completely and utterly shocked (get it?)] What a rude little trinket you are ( Read more... )

Your previous dreamworld?

Indeed. The world I was in before this one. It was a land created by my dreams.

So you weren't even at your home when you were taken?

I was not. Well, I was - but I was dreaming. I may yet still be there, in fact I am almost certain I am.

There's plains! And since plains are on the way to mountains at my place, that must be the case here! No one's wandered that far yet. ...Hmmm, maybe when it's not cold anymore...

I hate the cold. Get a blanket!

I suppose that is plausible, yes. Although plains do not always lead to mountainsides.

...They should. I mean if you keep walking long enough, you're gonna hit a mountain.

Or perhaps the ocean.

Quite so, madam.

Indeed, are your dreams not different from your reality?

Of course not, one must dream to be within a dreamworld, therefore one must exist to be dreaming. Wouldn't you say?

Quite so. I imagine there are plenty of things hidden away that I've yet to find.

[Dreamworld?]

The snow can be like that for me too. The city that I was originally from was always this cold.

[ He's nuts, don't mind him. ]

That must make this time of year very nostalgic for you.

[B-but it sounds kind of interesting...]

Just a little. The snow can still seem new to me. Because you couldn't see it from the underground, where the sky is all covered up.

I like it alot. It's so pretty when it's falling.

[ Seriously, he's a headcase, but he'll tell you if you ask him. ]

Underground? You lived beneath the earth? Were you perhaps hiding away in a camp in the same manner that the Andantino army was?

Indeed, it is quite beautiful. More so, I find, in the evening when the snow sparkles from the moonlight.

Are you alright? These things do shock sometimes...

Your dreamworld?

coupdejarnac November 22 2010, 05:56:19 UTC
I am well, thank you. It was a small shock, after all. But thank you for the concern.

Indeed, that is what I said.

They shouldn't sting too badly... I'm glad you're alright.

I didn't know people had dreamworlds. I-I mean, if we don't all have them, and you do, how did...

Ooh, I think I'm confusing myself.

What a charming young lady, being so concerned.

I'm not entirely certain I follow your confusion. People dream of many things, worlds can indeed be them, but that does not mean they are a common dream for all to have.
