[Dreamworld?]

The snow can be like that for me too. The city that I was originally from was always this cold.

[ He's nuts, don't mind him. ]

That must make this time of year very nostalgic for you.

[B-but it sounds kind of interesting...]

Just a little. The snow can still seem new to me. Because you couldn't see it from the underground, where the sky is all covered up.

I like it alot. It's so pretty when it's falling.

[ Seriously, he's a headcase, but he'll tell you if you ask him. ]

Underground? You lived beneath the earth? Were you perhaps hiding away in a camp in the same manner that the Andantino army was?

Indeed, it is quite beautiful. More so, I find, in the evening when the snow sparkles from the moonlight.

Yes. It's dark and cold there, but the city lights brighten everything up. I lived in a church, with Mr. Bishop and Heine.

[...] There really isn't anywhere else for me to go.

Do you miss the people that you spent time with?

There are worse places to live than a church. But what do you mean? There seems to be plenty of places for you to go here, if you don't mind a beast or two along the way.

[ ... ] ...Yes.

I don't mind. I like the church, and sometimes there are things that I can help Mr. Bishop with while I'm waiting for Heine to come back. But I can't really go anywhere alone. It's not safe.

I can't speak, so there would be no way for me to call for help if I ever got into trouble... and I'm not a regular human, so I really stand out.

I do too.

I see. Then your world is filled with foes as well.

Can't speak? I see, that would make sense. If you are not a regular human what then are you?

The loss of those you care for is never an easy grief to pass.

I don't know about the world, but there are bad people in the underground. Only I'm not that afraid. Because there are good people too. Ones that I know will protect me.

...I don't know. Sometimes people say that I'm an angel, but I don't think that an angel would have such small wings or would be unable to speak like me.

... [No. It never is.]

So long as there is good to weight out the bad, things won't always seem so dark.

How can you be certain? Not many have actually met an angel therefore they could be anything that one could imagine. Large wings, small wings - voiceless or able to speak, angels come in many forms; or so I like to believe. It's a frame of mind, you see.

Yes. That's what I think too.

... God created angels. I can't be one, because scientists created me. So... it's not the same thing.

Perhaps you are simply a different kind of angel. My sister was created by my parents, but I still thought of her as one. You are, in all likelihood, an angel to someone.

If it's alright with you, could I please have your name?

My name is Nill.

Certainly. I am called Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin - however many find it more easy to simply pronounce it Frédérick.

Nill, that is a pretty name. Fitting for an angel, I think. It's lovely to meet you.
