Aaaand all of a sudden I can feel my hips. When I lifted my leg to put on pants. Do not know how I feel about this, different kind of workout than an hour on the elliptical. Different kind of accomplishment for finishing it. (Different kind of fail for finishing it poorly

I love Pilates and started out in a modified beginers's serior citizens group because of my arm injuries. Now I add it into my Curves workout and just love it. It is wonderful for toning the abs and helping me walk straight! Took me a year to learn how to engage my core though!!

YEAH FOR DRIVING!!! I had a major accident 1 week after getting my license, though it was not my fault. So you are doing AWESOME!!!!

I am also failing at keeping up with LJ -- I've been meaning to congratulate you on getting your licence for, well, I guess a month and a half(ish), but have thus far been full of fail.

Thank you! :D I've been similarly meaning to say that your job sounds insane and kind of fascinating when you're not hearing about horrible stuff.

The horrible stuff is actually the most fascinating stuff, unfortunately. To the point where I'll actually pick the rapes and murders and things out of the box, instead of just taking whatever's at the front.

(Also, rapists and murderers tend to be better-spoken than people on assault, robbery, and drugs charges, which makes the transcipts easier to type, which boosts my word rate, which boosts my pay. Possibly this is an even worse reason to pick them out.)

On the upside, at least it makes me feel like I'm contributing towards putting some godawful people away, even if it's only in a very small way. It brings out the vindictive part of me, I must admit.
