My friend and I are going to attempt to add some wire to a wig either today or tomorrow, and we've never done it before. Hello Everyone!

I need some help about some xmen boots. I am interested in doing pixie(marvel) for DragonCon this year but I am not sure how to create the boots.They are yellow and have "x" knee covers. I dont want them to look 1 dimensional. Any idea on where I can find tutorials on making boots?
