So it looks like Bitch magazine is about to fold if they can't raise the money to publish the next issue by Oct 15th. While I am a recent reader of Bitch, this is the only mag I've ever read that's had me laugh, think for days, and read cover to cover. Sometimes I get really Ani Difranco, and think "Wow! I'm a woman!" Sometimes that happens on the bus when I'm listening to Common Market. Today is Seattle's 3 Day Walk, and in droves women were walking across the highway bridge my bus uses. Watching them swarm, in pink, seeing cars waving and then waving myself...it just got to me.
