Happy Valentine's Day!

In honor of the day, I put up a quick scene over at my writing blog. It's from my newly sold superhero story.

And I've been pondering my favorite romantic scenes from books/movies/tv/comics.

The first that came to mind from comics is, oddly, from Frank Miller. (I KNOW).

BoP #8 is always a good pick.

And Love and Capes is just an awesome book all around. Thomas Zahler has proven that superheroes can have significant others and it still be a compelling read. Someone at DC needs to let him do a Superman/Lois Lane story to show other writers how it's done.

I have to find Love and Capes. IIRC, this isn't the first time you've recommended it.

I also wish Midnight Mass had lasted longer.

I loved Midnight Mass and the relationship there. :D (I have all the issues. I'd love to see someone take it to TV.)
