Several years ago someone told me that Weigh Watchers had a modified chocolate cake recipe. It was pretty good. I don't have the recipe, but perhaps you can try to track it down. :)
Oh...I was talking to my aunt yesterday, and she just had a massive diet change because of some health issues. One of the things she had to cut was sugar. I think I remember you telling me that you can't have sugar. There's some other natural sweetener available. She said it comes from a plant that looks like aloe, but I can't remember what it is. She uses it in her iced tea and such. I don't know if you can have it, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. I'll try and remember to call her and ask her what it is.
