Yeah, just as much fun except you never get invited out to the pub. Which I was lead to believe was an intrinsic part of British life.

The point is I'm not going to do something just because my stereotype says I should. I'm having fun without the alcohol. If I don't need it then I really don't see why everyone else does.

It doesn't. Wine, especially, has the most amazing taste. And rum? Smells beautiful. Syrupy, almost.
