And Medical Mutual becomes even more laughable. THEY don't do the claim approvals. No it's a third party that does NOT have access to the records the doctors sent or any of the billing to prove that I've done what is necessary. So now my doctor has to waste their time sending this info to a third party and start the appeal process but which time,
