I really liked hearing this. But unfortunately it doesn't seem to have changed much of anything. I really expected more of a public outcry here. But there's still a lot of people that think the police actually did a good job in a "difficult situation".
Two billion dollars spent. And what exactly did Toronto get out of all this? (Other than a not so subtle reminder that the police can pretty much do whatever they want)
